Description
Currently, gkv informatik GbR (hereinafter referred to as gkvi) provides services in the form of User Help Desk, Major Incident Coordinator, Field Service and provision of technical workplace equipment for the client. The provision of services by gkvi for the client ends at the latest when the client leaves gkvi at the end of December 31, 2024. As a result of the withdrawal from gkvi on the aforementioned date, it is necessary to commission new service providers (hereinafter also referred to as "contractors") for the aforementioned services.
The tender is divided into two lots:
- Lot 1: "User Help Desk (UHD) and Major Incident Coordinator (MIC)"
- Lot 2: "Technical workstation equipment and field service"
