The Commission scolaire du Val-des-Cerfs, Owner, wishes to obtain tenders for a Sports-Études high school transportation service.

Standing offer contract for a one-year term.

Plans, specifications, contract documents and other information will only be available through the Electronic Tendering System (OTS) at www.seao.ca as of July 11, 2019.

Bids, in sealed and addressed envelopes, will be received at the headquarters of the Commission scolaire du Val-des-Cerfs, 55 rue Court, in Granby, Quebec, until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, August 8, 2019, to be opened publicly at the same location, on the same day and at the same time. Any subsequent submission received will be automatically rejected.

This call for tenders is subject to the Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and the Agreement on the Liberalization of Government Procurement of Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFFTA).

All bids must be made in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation respecting service contracts of public bodies under the Act respecting contracts of public bodies (S.Q. 2006, c. 29).

The Owner reserves the right to accept neither the lowest nor any of the bids received, or to accept them in whole or in part.
