Description

The nature and scope of the procurement of these services has led to the decision to place the procurement of these services under a framework agreement by means of a European Non-Public Tender.It concerns the execution of orders with a defined end result for (parts of) civil engineering projects. It does not concern the hiring of civil engineering employees, this has already been contracted.Clients recognize the following activities within this contract that they wish to have performed. Combinations of these four activities may also occur.a) Preparation of drawings, specifications and other forms of contracts;b) Tender strategies;c) Preparation of cost estimates.d) Management and supervision with a task and project framework.
