The subject matter of the contract is the delivery and configuration of technical and hardware infrastructure for the Treatment Cost Monitoring System, hereinafter referred to as SMoKL, under the project entitled: "Treatment Cost Monitoring System" financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the Digital Poland Operational Programme 2014-2020: Priority Axis II "E-government and open government", Measure 2.1 "High accessibility and quality of public services".The subject of the contract is: 1) Delivery and installation of technical and hardware infrastructure,2) Configuration of equipment,3) Provision of training,4) Warranty service.
The subject matter of the contract is the delivery and configuration of the technical and hardware infrastructure for the Treatment Cost Monitoring System, hereinafter referred to as SMoKL, as part of the project entitled: "Treatment Cost Monitoring System" financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the Digital Poland Operational Program 2014-2020: Priority Axis II "E-government and open government", Measure 2.1 "High accessibility and quality of public services".The subject of the contract is: 1) Delivery and installation of technical and hardware infrastructure,2) Configuration of equipment,3) Conducting training,4) Warranty service.The Treatment Cost Monitoring System is one of the domain ICT systems, empowered by Article 28 (1) of the Law of 28 April 2011 on the information system in health care. Its task is to process data referred to in article 31lc section 2 of the Act of 27 August 2004 on health care services financed from public funds for the purpose of determining tariffs of health care services. The main objective of the project is to improve the efficiency of the system for pricing medical services for the needs of the healthcare system. The infrastructure of the system will be located at AOTMiT, which will maintain the equipment during the project. The required infrastructure has been estimated based on the following assumptions:- The data will be stored in an analytical form accessible for min. 10 years. The statutory tasks performed by AOTMiT require analyses to be performed on long-term data in order to determine the level of variability of indicators determined during the analyses and the possibility of tracing the diagnostic-therapeutic path of the patient.- The system will allow for scalability of the solution in the case of increasing the volume of data received from external institutions or extending the needs of AOTMiT in terms of data storage length.- The computational processes will be fully executed by the project infrastructure.- The data obtained within the AOTMiT activity will come from maximum 200 medical service providers.Details of the order are defined in appendix no 3 to SWZ - Description of the Object of Purchase (OPZ) and appendix no 4 to SWZ - template Agreement.
