The tender covers IT procurement for electronic care and treatment management, as well as medication management as an integral part of the hospital's digital patient file.
The ALLGEMEINE KRANKENHAUS CELLE, a foundation under civil law, is one of the largest acute hospitals in Lower Saxony with a total of 615 beds. On 26 wards, 3 of which are intensive care wards, the AKH Celle provides care for an entire small town in terms of numbers:- Around 30,000 patients (of whom approx. 80 % come from the town and district of Celle) are treated as in-patients every year.- Around 12,000 patients are operated on in the 9 operating theatres every year.- Around 1,400 children see the light of day. Approximately 1,400 children are born here every year.230 doctors, 750 nursing staff, 230 employees in functional services, 280 employees in the medical-technical service, 350 employees in technology, administration and economic services are available in Celle for the care of the patients.
