Chile - Serv. Hosting improvements support and maintenance intranet vitacura

Description

The purpose of this bid is to hire a natural or legal person to perform the Hosting Service, data migration, operational continuity, improvements, support and maintenance of the Municipal Intranet of Vitacura, in order to allow municipal officials to communicate their personal information and information of municipal importance.

For this purpose, the following services are required for a period of 48 months:

- Hosting to host the entire site.
- Operational continuity of the Intranet site.
- Content creation and administration.
- Maintenance and support.
- Eventually, development of new functionalities related to the present bidding.

In relation to the work team, the successful bidder must have a multidisciplinary team, so that it can attend to the different dimensions of the project, where it can address without limitations, the areas of information technology and graphic design of contents.

In terms of the Municipal Intranet Site (municipal property), it allows access through mobile devices, with iOS and Android operating systems. It also incorporates multi-platform navigation with responsive design.

In addition, the support service, maintenance and / or updating of information for the entire site must be provided for the duration of the contract, which will not mean additional costs for the Municipality.

The defined object must be executed in accordance with the characteristics and requirements set forth in these BAE, BT, BAG, Modifications and Responses to Consultations (if applicable) and in the Contract, as well as in other documents of this bidding process.
