Description

The subject matter of the contract is the extension of the currently operating IBM QRadar SIEM class system in the Energa Group in accordance with the following requirements, or an equivalent IT solution. Requirements for the extension of the existing IBM QRadar SIEM solution and requirements for equivalent solutions (equivalence parameters) are described in Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 of Annex 1 to the ToR, respectively. The scope of works covered by the subject of the Order includes:
(a) pre-implementation analysis,
(b) SIEM-class environmental expansion service,
(c) ongoing support service,
(d) training,
(e) the purchase of a licence.
A detailed description of the subject of the Order (including the scope and type of Optional Orders) is included in Attachment No. 1 to the ToR.
The exercise of the Option Right shall be the Contracting Authority's right, which shall not result in the Contractor's claim for the award of an Optional Order. The Purchaser may exercise the right of option in full or in part.
The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option within 12 (twelve) months from the date of concluding the Agreement.
The Contracting Authority informs that pursuant to Article 37 paragraph 6 there is no obligation to make available a part of the Terms of Reference, i.e. a detailed description of the security system architecture on the website. The Contracting Authority shall require the submission of a signed declaration of confidentiality by the Economic Operator, in accordance with the specimen in Appendix No. 12 to the ToR, before a part of the Specification of Essential Terms of Reference is made available.
