Maintenance services of the GUIA system: maintenance services (corrective, evolutionary, perfect and adaptive) of the GUIA system derived from the adaptation to new requirements of the platform or as a consequence of the integration of the integrated information systems at the time of contracting, as well as assistance and technical support with the objective of resolving problems, doubts and queries related to the administration, implementation, use, operation, integration and configuration of the services and components of the GUIA and of the basic software of Oracle Identity Manager itself. Developments for the integration with GUIA of new information systems: Developments for the integration with GUIA of new information systems that are not in production phase at the start date of the contract, in particular integrations will be made with the systems indicated in Annex I of the Technical Specification. Development tasks will include analysis, design, development, implementation, testing and advice (including operation manuals) for deployments in different test environments as well as pre-productive and productive. Developments for the improvement, maintenance and support of the LDAP directory of the Regional Government of Andalusia. Developments for the improvement, maintenance and support of the LDAP directory, its associated tools and processes. This will include all necessary tasks of analysis, design, development, implementation and testing to facilitate the maintenance of directory information, to align and improve its integration with GUIA, the security and processing of personal data and to facilitate the use of the directory.
