Security services for KVB AG and RheinEnergie (Lot 5)
Kölner Verkehrs-Betriebe AG is a transport company and provides public transport services in the Cologne area. The assignment thus serves in particular to protect the AG's property against misuse, damage, theft or contamination and to prevent unauthorized access by third parties to the AG's facilities.In order to achieve this objective, the AG commissions the Contractor to carry out property protection in the parking facilities described in more detail in the contract and the annexes. The Client as a transport company provides local public transport services in the Cologne area and operates Park & Ride facilities, including several garages, which can usually be used 24 hours a day. According to § 139 of the Ordinance on the Construction and Operation of Special Buildings (Sonderbauverordnung -SBauVO) NRW, at least one guard must be permanently present in the garages during operating hours, unless there is an external monitor control of the garage with transmission to a permanently staffed office.The client as a transport company provides local public transport services in the Cologne area and operates several P&R parking areas, for which patrols are required as needed. The Contractor undertakes to provide security and order services in all means of transport and at all stops and other facilities of the local public transport system throughout the entire route network of the Client in accordance with the provisions of this Contract. The nature and scope of the services to be provided are set out in this contract and in Annex A.In addition, the Contractor shall be commissioned to perform security and order services for information and special operations in accordance with Section 3 of the contract on call.In addition:The Contractor undertakes in particular to perform the following non-exhaustive list of services:- Early fire and/or smoke detection in all operating facilities (such as in particular the stops, administrative buildings, warehouses and substations) of the AG - Alerting the KVB control center or, if applicable mobile under registration number- support/cooperation to evacuate the passengers- support/cooperation to stop the inflow- fire fighting without self-endangerment Kölner Verkehrs-Betriebe AG (hereinafter referred to as the AG) is a transport company and provides public transport services in the Cologne area. The AG has set itself the particular goal of maintaining and optimizing the safety of passengers in the course of operations and the safety of its operational facilities and objects. To achieve this goal, the employees of the Contractor (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) support the AG in the performance of security and order services in public transport vehicles and at stops throughout the entire route network of the Client.The subject of this award is the guarding of the P+R facility Stadion in accordance with Annex 5. RheinEnergie AG is a nationwide energy supplier and service provider based in Cologne and the Rhineland region. In order to ensure trouble-free operations as well as the safety of employees and visitors, continuous security checks are necessary. In order to cover the comprehensive activities in the security area with the staffing of the central reporting points and reception zones and gates as well as for the intervention and patrols and other tasks around the clock.The future service provider takes over independently and on its own responsibility in accordance with the current legal regulations, ordinances, standards and guidelines the security and services in the supply and/or Cooperation area of RheinEnergie AG The contract generally includes the following services:◼ the staffing of the operational hazard reporting office / security center;◼ the safeguarding of the premises, buildings, objects and facilities with regard to burglary, theft, vandalism and fire hazards as well as the maintenance of an undisturbed operational process;◼ the bringing about of a safe working environment for employees, customers and visitors;◼ ensuring plant safety, occupational health and safety, as well as in environmental and fire protection and hazard prevention;◼ manning the reception desk and performing reception services; as well as ◼ gate manning,◼ intervention, patrol and inspection tours;◼ protecting company assets, information and reputation.
