The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of physical protection of persons and property by SUFOW in Grudziądz, Chełmno, Grubno, Brodnica and Jamach complexes"- case number 20/2020 according to the following tasks: Task No. 1: Provision of services in the field of physical protection of persons and property by SUFO in Grudziądz complexes.Task No. 2: Provision of personal and property protection services by SUFO in the complexes in Chełmno and Grubno. Task No. 3: Provision of personal and property protection services by SUFO in the complexes in Brodnica.Task No. 4: Provision of services for the protection of persons and property by SUFO in the complex in JamachData detailed description of the subject matter of the order constituting "Lists of posts with requirements for the staff of the security staff and the time of protection" are subject to limitation in the general access to the public information concerning the content of the posts in relation to the regulations on the protection of classified information and protection of other statutorily protected secrets.2SCOPE OF SUFO ACTION: Essential requirements. In task no. 3: 24/7 protection of people and property with the use of security personnel holding "qualified physical protection worker IDs" and "weapons approved worker IDs" in Brodnica:- complex no. 1146 at Czwartaków 1 street.Including porter service with the use of security personnel holding "qualified physical protection worker IDs" in Brodnica: - complex no. 1146 at 1 Czwartaków Street, - complex no. 5812 at 4 Królowej Jadwigi Street (WKU).and janitors with the use of security personnel holding "qualified physical protection worker IDs" in Brodnica; - complex no. 1127 garrison shooting range, - complex no. 1127 at Al. In task no. 4: 24-hour protection of people and property with the use of security staff having "qualified physical protection worker IDs" and "authorized weapon" in Jamy: - complex no. 1278 in Jamy. The Contractor will also implement protection with the use of existing alarm systems (SSWiN), TV surveillance system (TSN) and access control system (SKD). The Contracting Authority does not expect that the Contractor will be able to interfere with the above systems with its devices and connect them. Training of the Contractor's security personnel on how to operate the alarm system shall be conducted by the Contracting Authority (in individual units/institutions by designated persons). Security by SUFO shall be conducted in a 24-hour system, divided into two shifts. The duration of the shift is 12 hours. The shifts start at 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. (in zad. 4 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.). It is not allowed for security staff to continue working in consecutive shifts, regardless of the form and object in which they performed the service.3. The Contractor's basic duties include the utmost care, protection of people and property (land, objects and equipment, etc.) from damage, theft, penetration of third parties, and control activities involving permanent direct physical protection. The Contractor, providing protection through patrolling, observation and launching of intervention group or intervention patrol, ensures full staffing of posts inside the complexes specified by the Employer.4 The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the following provisions:1) Act of 22.8.1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 838),2) Act of 5.8.2010 on the protection of classified information (Journal of Laws of 2019, The regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 18 December 1998 on defining detailed rules of cooperation of specialised armed protection formations with the Police, fire protection units, civil defence and municipal/communal guards (Dz. U. of 1998, 161, item 1108).6) Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 24 June 2003 on objects particularly important for national security and defence and their special protection (Dz. U. of 2003, No. 116, item 1090)7) Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781).
