Description

To ensure personal and building security as well as business operations, the reception desk must be manned 24 hours a day. The following services are to be provided:- reception of visitors, visitor groups, etc., notification of these to the receiving point, issue of visitor cards,- switching of incoming and outgoing telephone calls or provision of information by telephone, message reception and forwarding,- access and access control (insofar as no electronic control system takes over this) for persons and vehicles,- key issue and acceptance,- control and monitoring of internally connected fault and hazard alarm systems (fire and burglary alarm system, building control technology), etc..,- Initiation and coordination of appropriate alarm tracking measures (e.g. information to technicians, fire brigade, police) in case of failure of the building technology,- inspection tours in and around the building complex,- lock control,- acceptance and entry of room enquiries in an electronic room book,- acceptance of mail,- Due to the progressive digitalisation of the film university, problem-free handling of digital media and PCs must be guaranteed.
