Description

This tender consists of a number of components: object security, security technology, the opening and closing rounds of some premises, alarm monitoring and the use of a Private Alarm Control Center (external control room).KVK wishes to receive a balanced supply of facilities in line with the needs of KVK at acceptable costs. Safety for KVK's customers, employees, visitors, property and information is thus central.This tender is being launched because:A number of security products and services are no longer under contract because they have already expired;The existing contract for object security is about to expire.Objective and ambitionsThe objective of this European tender procedure is to conclude one contract per lot for KVK for the supply of people, resources, services and technology.See Mercell for more information.
The purpose of Lot 1 of this European procurement procedure is to conclude an agreement for the supply of security guards that will enable fulfillment of the policy for Physical Access Security Chamber of Commerce, according to the interpretation of the Procurement Act 2012.See Mercell for more information. KVK wants to provide a safe, service-oriented environment for customers, visitors and employees. In addition, KVK wants to create uniformity and recognizability at its locations for clients, visitors and employees. To this end, KVK is looking for a professional partner in the field of security technology who is able to provide KVK with sound advice, solid implementation and adequate management and maintenance of its systems. Purpose of the tenderThe purpose of lot 2 of this European tender procedure is to conclude an agreement for the supply of Security Technology with which to fulfill the policy for Physical Access Security Chamber of Commerce, according to the interpretation of the Procurement Act 2012. The purpose of lot 3 of this European tendering procedure is to conclude an agreement for the connection to a Control Room, the opening and closing of locations (including closing rounds) and the alarm monitoring with which the policy for Physical Access Security Chamber of Commerce can be implemented, according to the interpretation of the 2012 Procurement Act.
