Type and scope of the service:

NOTE: If the offers exceed the limit of 185,000 euros (including disposal costs),

the LMBV mbH must cancel the invitation to tender because of uneconomical offers.
- Basement area approx. 107 m²

- Demolition work (e.g. interior cellar walls, cellar stairs, ceiling cladding, tiles,

floor construction)

- Produce the horizontal waterproofing against capillary rising damp with

Plastomer bitumen sealing sheets (wall thickness approx. d=30 cm: approx. 45 m)

- White tub base plate (thickness approx. 25 cm) and wall legs (height approx. 2m, thickness approx.

30 cm), PE film, fleece, fresh concrete composite film, concrete C35/45 (WU), reinforcement

Reinforcing bar steel (B500B, 8-16mm, approx. 9t)

- Extension of oil heating and oil tanks (4 pcs. a 1000 l) and conversion to gas heating

- Installation of house connections (e.g. electrical, drinking water, heating, sanitary)

- Restoration of interior staircase, sanitary areas, masonry and plastering work.

For the execution of the order the VOB/B is agreed upon. The client reserves the right to

a change of the benefits in accordance with the regulations of the VOB/B.
