Description

The subject matter of the contract is successive delivery of office furniture, armchairs and chairs for the Lublin University of Technology units, divided into the following parts:Part 1: Successive delivery of office furniture;Part 2: Successive delivery of armchairs and chairs.The Contractor is obliged to deliver brand new items, meeting the requirements of technical standards applicable in Poland (PN) and European (EU) standards, and holding the appropriate certificates and attestations, if any, as specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex 7 a and 7 b to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).
The subject matter of the contract is successive delivery of office furniture; the Economic Operator shall deliver the object of the contract brand new and meeting the requirements of the technical norms applied in Poland (PN) and the European norms (EU) and have the appropriate certificates and attestations, if such have been indicated in the Description of the subject matter of the contract constituting annex no. 7 a SWZ. The subject matter of the contract is the successive delivery of armchairs and chairs.The Contractor shall deliver the subject matter of the contract brand new and meeting the requirements of the technical norms applied in Poland (PN) and the European norms (EU) and have the appropriate certificates and approvals if such have been indicated in the Description of the subject matter of the contract constituting annex no. 7 b SWZ.
