New construction of the service building of the Bavarian State Police Passau Screed work Type of work to be carried out with coarse masses:- Thermal insulation as compensating insulation PS rigid foam EPS 45-70 mm with adaptation to pipes, approx. 11,000 sqm,- Impact sound insulation PS rigid foam EPS, approx. 11 600 qm,- Edge insulation strips mineral wool D 10 mm, approx. 11 000 m,- Separating layer PE foil D 0.2 mm, approx. 12 000 qm,- Cement screed on separating layer CT-C30-F5 D 55 mm as visible screed, approx. 50 qm,- Floating cement screed CT-C30-F5 D 55-65 mm, approx. 9 500 qm,- Floating cement screed CT-C40-F6 D 55-85 mm (special binder), approx. 2 400 qm,- Heating cement screed CT-C40-F6 D 80 mm, approx. 50 qm,- Production of expansion joints, approx. 550 m,- Production and closing of dummy joints, approx. 510 m,- Production of screed edge angles with aluminium L-profile (up to a height of 150 mm), approx. 850 m,- Production of recesses in floor drains, approx. 80 pieces,- Delivery and installation of exposed concrete precast steps (length up to approx. 160 cm), approx. 200 pieces.
