Description

New construction of a service building for the PDAFB Eutin: The new building is a single-storey construction with a lowered technical area (upper floor) on the flat roof. The new building contains the dining area of the canteen including kitchen and all associated ancillary rooms as well as a cafeteria including the associated ancillary rooms. The overall dimensions of the building are approx. 87 x 39 m. The maximum height above ground level is approx. 7.00 m. The gross floor area of the new building is approx. 2 600 m2 (ground floor) and 740 m2 (first floor, technical equipment incl. maintenance corridor).
- Screed as composite screed above the floor level approx. 1,000 m2;- Sealing and jointless synthetic resin coating approx. 850 m2 in the skid resistance classes R12, R11, R10, R9;- Coved fillet approx. 700 m;- Equipment base h 150 and 200 mm approx. 45 m2 incl. angles, corner protection rails;- Floor drains approx. 45 pcs. and gutters approx. 9 pcs., drain grates approx. 4 pcs.
