The essential scope of work of LV 17 screed work includes: - approx. 890 m² screed CT, floating, partly as heating screed, smoothed with wings - approx. 930 m² screed CT, dyed through, floating, partly as heating screed, smoothed with wings - approx. 640 m² screed CT for upper coverings, technical areas etc., partly as heating screed, approx. 30 m² CAF screed, as heated screed- approx. 1,150 m² horizontal waterproofing, elastomer bitumen welding sheet- approx. 850 m² impact sound insulation
The Stiftung Deutsches Meeresmuseum (DMM) plans to reattract the main building "Meeresmuseum", which is located in the historic monastery complexSt. Katharinen in the old town of Stralsund. The German Oceanographic Museum intends to fundamentally modernize, refurbish and make the buildings of the property at the location Meeresmuseum, Katharinenberg 14 - 20, 18439 Stralsund barrier-free.The character of a classic natural history museum in a medieval monastery building is to be retained, but underpinned with new accents and made more attractive for visitors. In addition to a new concept clearly distinguished from the OZEANEUM, the architecture is to be emphasized more strongly.The architecture and historical building substance of the monastery complex are to be emphasized with clear visual axes in the Katharinenhalle and additional openings to the Stralsund Museum, and the cloister as the central axis of the monastery complex is to be experienced more intensively.The entrance and ticket office areas are to be designed more invitingly for the visitor, and the store and service areas are to be adapted to the requirements of a modern museum and also made accessible outside opening hours. The entire museum tour is to be made barrier-free by means of additional elevators. The aquariums in the basement are to be modernized and equipped with more energy-efficient, low-maintenance technology.The following sub-measures are part of the project to reattractivate and modernize the Maritime Museum:- Redesign of the entire museum forecourt (north courtyard);- Redesign of the foyer including the museum store;- Modernization and redesign of the existing exhibition and aquariums;- Construction of a new large fish aquarium;- Relocation of the taxidermy workshops;- Redesign of the current bistro area in front of the turtle aquarium.
