Description

Screed and pre-screed works to be executed within the construction project of a new Integrated Center for the Elderly in Eischen. The building has a total area of 5.945 m2 and consists of two buildings connected by a connection area of 75 m2: Main building: 3.890 m2; Residence 2.055 m2 Main building: 3.239 m2 Pre-screed on the ground floor; 7.008 m2 Pre-screed on the 3 floors; 416 m2 Industrial floating screed on the ground floor; 2867 m2 Traditional floating screed on the ground floor; 6.796 m2 Traditional floating screed on the floors. Residence: 1600 m2 Pre-carpeted; 1700 m2 Traditional floating screed The bidding documents include the installation of thermal and acoustic insulation. For the technical areas, an epoxy paint is planned. The screed complex for industrial kitchens will be a separate tender. The floor heating system is part of the HVAC schedule.
