Description

School books (learning books for kindergarten, first grade, second grade, third grade and fourth grade, consolidation of fourth grade and fifth grade), exercise and practical workbooks; educational supplements (digital textbooks on physical or online media, dictionaries, atlases, encyclopedias). Maximum annual amount: EUR 25,000.00 excluding VAT. The products must: offer the required guarantees in terms of design, safety and hygiene, be new, free of any defect or defect likely to harm their appearance, use and lifespan, meet the requirements of solidity and design excluding risks related to their defect, the failure of components of the product, their dangerousness. Even in the event of misuse of the product, compliance with the principles set out in this recommendation excludes the probability of damage due to accidental impact, trapping, physico-chemical aggression, etc. They must not harm children's health. Thus, the products must not be receptacles of waste, dust and bacteria. They must therefore meet the following characteristics: allow the cleanliness of the substrate (operation on clean surfaces, no contact pollution, no staining, no discolouration, no transfer of product components) and be protected. Maximum annual amount: EUR 80,000.00 excluding VAT.
