Catering system:The canteen kitchens are both designed and equipped as serving kitchens for the warm delivery. The catering system can be converted to a temperature-decoupled process such as cook & chill and cook & freeze. The contractor should also check together with the client whether the space and the electrical and technical connections for the required equipment are available or not with a temperature-decoupled process such as cook & chill and cool & freeze. The contractor can visit the canteen kitchens by appointment. For the lunch of pupils from the school at Winterrain who also eat in the refectory, a separate invoice must be sent to the school at Winterrain (Turnstraße 52, 75228 Ispringen). The order of meals for the pupils of the school at Winterrain is made directly from the school at Winterrain to the contractor. For the lunch for the Otto Riehm School an invoice has to be sent to the Otto Riehm School (Turnstraße 50, 75228 Ispringen). The Otto Riehm School students order meals directly from the Otto Riehm School to the client. An invoice must be sent to the municipal administration Ispringen, Gartenstraße 12, 75228 Ispringen for the staff of the food serving area.
