The subject matter of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of the language labs in the project "Academy of Exemplary Education".The project "Academy of Exemplary Education" is implemented under the Regional Operational Programme of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2: Staff for the economy, Measure 2.2: Improving the quality of educational offer focused on the development of key competences of students, Measure 2.2.2: Improving the quality of educational offer focused on the development of key competences of students - ZIT projects bis Elbląg.2Delivery, assembly and launch of language laboratories is for the needs of classes within the implementation of project No. RPWM 02.02.02-28-0002/20. Purchase of equipment is necessary to meet the objectives of the project, i.e. to improve key competencies and universal skills among students of Elbląg primary schools.3The scope of the contract includes: A. delivery of language labs, B. installation and commissioning, D. provision of service during the guarantee period for the equipment that requires servicing, A. delivery of language labs, B. installation and commissioning, D. provision of service during the guarantee period for the equipment that requires servicing, A. detailed scope of the contract is included in the "DELIVERY VALUE" constituting APPENDIX NO. 8 to the SWZ (SWZ).c.d. entries from section II.2.14):The file (original of the guarantee or surety, in electronic form) shall be submitted together with the tender by means of the Tender Submission Form available for this procedure on the website of the procedure.c.d. the provisions of section VI.3):e) Article 109, item 1, point 1 of the PPL Act, regarding violation of obligations regarding payment of local taxes and fees referred to in the Local Taxes and Fees Act of 12 January 1991 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1170).If the Economic Operator has a seat or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of documents mentioned in section VI.3)3. items 1), 3)-5) of the notice - shall submit documents specified in § 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labour and Technology of 23 December 2020 on subjective means of proof and other documents or statements which may be required by the Contracting Authority from the Economic Operator (Journal of Laws 2020, item 2415).
