Description

The city of Freising intends to procure approx. 214 digital blackboard systems for the classrooms of 9 schools. These each consist of the following components:- Interactive touch displays- Mini-PC- Height adjustment with side wings- Double pylons- Mobile chassis with side wings- Screen mirroring receiver- Table monitorThe systems are to have either a mobile display, a display with a pylon system or a display with a wall mounting depending on the specifications of the client. Details on the distribution of the various board systems to the individual schools can be found in the overview of digital boards (Annex A2_Overview of digital boards at Freising schools).The object of the procurement also includes, among other things, the installation and cabling of the devices on site as well as the development of a training concept and the training of the teaching staff.
All classrooms must be equipped with the same technology and all components offered must be unused original manufacturer goods. The object of the procurement includes, among other things, the ready-to-use delivery and commissioning as well as assembly and installation of the individual components of the blackboard systems. Details of the scope of services result in particular from the terms of reference for the procurement of interactive displays (Annex A1), the list of services (Annex B) and the contract documents (Annexes C1 to C7).
