Framework contract for the supply of hygienic papers, soaps and dispensersFor the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen from 1.7.2021 - 30.6.2022 (With an extension option of 1 year).
Supply of hygiene papers (paper towels, toilet papers), soaps and suitable dispensers from 1.7.2021 - 30.6.2022 for departments, municipal undertakings and other facilities of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, with the option of a 1-year extension.Attention:1. The public buildings of the consumer are equipped throughout with the paper and soap dispenser systems of the TORK brand from essity (formerly SCA)Equipped. Dispenser systems as supplements and replacements must therefore also be offered with this product line.The consumables offered must be suitable for these dispenser systems.2. a changeover is not possible for the user for the following reasons:a) It is not possible to budget for the costs of the changeover.b) A system change would cause damage to walls and tile mirrors. It is also not possible to budget for the necessary damage repair. In addition, there are many rented properties in the building stock. In these, the consent of the landlord would be required for the conversion. In view of the costs incurred by the above-mentioned buildings, this is generally not to be expected.c) If the uniform equipment of dispenser systems were to be abandoned, there would be significant additional costs and considerable additional expenditure for the stockpiling of consumables for filling the dispenser systems, as well as in connection with the filling itself.The purchase quantities stated in the tender documents are estimated quantities that were determined on the basis of the purchase quantities of the comparison period. The actual total value of the service cannot be predicted by the contracting authority.The indication of the total quantity given in the EU notice is not binding and does not constitute a claim for performance. The actual total quantity may be considerably higher or lower.Quantity specification:Approx. 19 000 cartons / packages of paper towels / rolls Approx. 16 500 packages of toilet paper (small rolls and jumbo rolls)Approx. 3 000 cartons of soap (liquid and foam soap)As well as various folding towel paper, paper roll, toilet paper and soap dispensers,As well as paper waste containers.Ecological requirements:The products offered, for the hygiene papers (towel papers and toilet papers) listed only under group 1 in the bill of quantities, must meet the following criteria.Towel paper:The paper towels must be made of 100% recycled paper, they must also be odorless, wet-strength, non-printed and non-irritating to the skin.Toilet Paper:All toilet papers must be made of 100% recycled paper and a pleasant, skin-friendly material, which must also be odorless, non-printed and non-irritating to the skin.To the extent that the bidder submits appropriate proof for the products offered, the requirements shall be deemed to have been met.List of the required proofs:- Declaration of no objection for food safety,- Product descriptions or product sheet,- Proofs for the hygienic papers made of recycled paper,- Certificate EN ISO 9001 from the manufacturer,- Certificate EN ISO 14001 from the manufacturer.For the listed certificates, equivalent proofs are also accepted.
