(1) KG 410 - Waste water, water and gas systems.

In the course of the conversion work on the ground floor, the existing washing areas will be dismantled and new ones installed to suit the adapted room geometry. This requires new connections to the existing sanitary network. The waste water connection pipes must be routed to the connection point on the ceiling of the basement. The installation of the condensate drainage system for the refrigeration technology trade is also included in the tender. The condensate pipes are to be connected to the building's wastewater network using odor traps.

(2) KG 420 - Heat supply system

Room 0.2635 will be divided into 2 rooms. For this reason, the existing radiator must be dismantled and replaced with 2 new ones.
