France - Sanitary control of water in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region

Description

The purpose of this contract is to carry out :
 water sampling and on-site analysis as part of the sanitary control of water (water intended for human consumption, including packaged natural mineral water and natural mineral water distributed in public refreshment areas, natural mineral water used for therapeutic purposes in a spa, swimming pool water, bathing water, including artificial bathing water);
 laboratory analysis of water samples taken as part of this control;
 transfer of samples to the laboratory responsible for their analysis;
 transfer of alerts and results to the ARS-DD (departmental delegation);
 transmission of alerts and results to operators;
 providing ARS with equipment for field measurements and/or taking samples for analysis.
The contract also covers sampling and analyses requested by the ARS-DD (departmental delegation) and paid for by the ARS (concerning emergency situations (legionella, lead, etc.) outside the scope of sanitary control, specific monitoring (cyanobacteria, radioactivity, etc.), national measurement campaigns, etc.).
This contract falls within the scope of the sanitary control organized by the Agence Régionale de Santé in application of articles L.1321-5, L.1332.6, L.1332.9 and L.1322.13 of the French Public Health Code.
The contract covers the twelve départements of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
