Description
General description of the building project:
In the MCBB component A on the 3rd floor, an existing utilization unit will be partially gutted and reconstructed with a new room layout. The new utilization unit will be used as a nursing school.
The installation/heating installation work includes the following services:
Sanitary installation/ heating installation
-Installation of 85 m of plastic and cast iron waste water pipes
- Installation of 150 m drinking water pipe made of stainless steel pipe
- Installation of 120 m condensate pipe made of stainless steel pipe for air conditioning units
- Installation of 85 m pipe insulation on mineral wool
- Installation of 15 sanitary objects
- Installation of 10 m of heating pipe made of copper and stainless steel pipe
- Installation of 10 m of pipe insulation on mineral wool
- Installation of 4 radiator systems
- Replacement of 68 thermostatic valve inserts for hydraulic balancing on radiators
