Hiring the service of comprehensive cleaning, waste management and disinfection, rat extermination and disinsectation of the centers dependent on the Health Area II of the Health Service of the Principality of Asturias:- lot I: comprehensive cleaning service,- lot II: waste management service,- lot III: disinfection, rat extermination and disinsectation service.
- the integral cleaning and hygienization of several assistance centers,- closing of dirty clothes bags and later transfer to the established warehouses, distribution of clean clothes,- the cleaning and care of green and landscaped areas,- the management of the different types of waste or residues,- supply of materials necessary for bathrooms and toilet areas for the collection of clothes, for the management of residues and materials necessary for the accomplishment of the different works. Collection from the final warehouse of the health centres in Health Area II, of hazardous waste of health origin belonging to Group III, weighing and subsequent transfer to the transfer warehouses or treatment plants authorised for their recovery or disposal.integral management of batteries and toners that are considered hazardous waste of non-sanitary origin and belong to Group IV. Pest control, including disinfection, rat extermination and disinsectisation of health centres, both inside and outside. It will include the removal of all insects and mammals killed by trapping, treatment or natural death.
