a) roadside maintenance equipment - set of mowers for simultaneous mowing of shoulders, escarpments and counter-scarps as well as milling of shoulders and trimming of branches; b) winter road maintenance equipment - variable geometry plough, gritter with brine system. Both the summer road maintenance equipment and the winter road maintenance equipment should be compatible with the carrier and enable failure-free operation of the entire system.
The subject matter of the contract is:- supply of self-propelled universal vehicle with a boom set with attachments and working heads.CPV codes:- 34143000-1 Winter road maintenance vehicles,- 34144400-2 Road maintenance vehicles,- 34144440-4 Sandblasters,- 43313100-1 Snowploughs,- 16310000- Mowers,- 34144000-8 Motor vehicles for special use.2a) roadside maintenance equipment - set of mowers for simultaneous mowing of shoulders, escarpments and escarpments as well as milling of shoulders and cutting branches; b) winter road maintenance equipment - variable geometry wedge plough, gritter with brine system. Both the summer road maintenance equipment and the winter road maintenance equipment should be compatible with the truck and enable failure-free operation of the whole system.3 Detailed, required technical parameters for the system are specified in attachment No. 2 to this SWZ.4 .As part of the delivery, the contractor shall deliver the carrier with winter equipment to the indicated place of delivery, and in this scope they should train the employees operating the set in the place of delivery, i.e. in the County Roads Management in Łuków, 112 Łapiguz St. The ordering party shall indicate the date of training for the employees by e-mail. A separate summer body will be delivered together with the delivered carrier with winter equipment. The replacement of the winter equipment with summer body will require another, separate training of the employees operating the set on the date indicated by the Ordering Party via e-mail, in the place of delivery, i.e. in the County Roads Management in Łuków.Warranty requirements for the equipment carrier with accessories, hereinafter referred to as "kit": - minimum required warranty period for the offered kit is 24 months,- wear and tear exploitation elements are excluded from the warranty,- having an authorized service station in Poland for individual devices,- warranty or assistance service within 24 hours from the hour of the notification on a given day at the garage location.6 Garage location: County Roads Authority, 112 Łapiguz Street, 21-400 Łuków.7. Pursuant to Article 101 (4) of the PPL Act, in the place where the subject matter of the contract is described using standards, European technical evaluations, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions. In accordance with provisions of art. 101 item 5 of the PPL Act, indication of equivalence of the offered solution is the responsibility of the contractor.The contractor who invokes equivalent solutions shall prove that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. In such a case the contractor shall enclose to the tender a list of equivalent solutions with their description or standards.In the case of description by standards, equivalent solutions shall be deemed to be those that ensure compliance with the minimum requirements specified in the standard at a level not worse than described in the relevant standards. In other cases (description of the subject matter of the contract by means of European technical evaluations, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems), such a product, material or system with technical, functional and quality parameters no worse than those specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract shall be deemed equivalent.8. This description of the subject matter of the contract does not take into account the requirements regarding accessibility for persons with disabilities. The kit will be used solely for official purposes by ZDP employees, none of whom has a disability certificate. The kit does not need to be adapted to the needs of disabled persons.
