The subject of the order is the delivery of road salt in the years 2021-2023 for winter maintenance of provincial roads The order includes the delivery of road salt in the years 2021-2023 for winter maintenance of provincial roads. The details concerning the performance of the contract have been included in Chapter IV of the ToR which constitutes a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and Annex 1 to the SOPZ - Supply Schedule The Awarding Entity requires that the subject matter of the contract be performed in accordance with the offer and the ToR, in particular: a) price forms; b) Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract; c) Supply Schedule; d) Important provisions of the contract.Where the origin (brand, trademark, manufacturer, supplier) of materials or standards, approvals, specifications and systems referred to in art. 30 par. 1-3 of the PPL Act is indicated in the ToR, the Awarding Entity allows offering materials or equivalent solutions, provided that they guarantee the performance of the subject matter of the contract in accordance with the ToR.

The Awarding Entity requires that the subject matter of the contract be performed in accordance with the tender and the ToR, in particular: a) price forms; b) Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract; c) Supply Schedule; d) Important provisions of the contract. Where the origin (brand, trademark, manufacturer, supplier) of the materials or standards, approvals, specifications and systems referred to in Art. 30 sections 1-3 of the PPL Act, the Awarding Entity allows offering materials or equivalent solutions on condition that they guarantee the performance of the subject matter of the contract in accordance with the ToR and ensure that the technical parameters are not inferior to those assumed in the above mentioned documents. The own names used in the description of the subject matter of the contract, specifying the type of product or manufacturer, have been given, for example, in order to define the minimum expected functional and performance quality parameters of the product. A contractor offering an object equivalent to the one described in the ToR is obliged to maintain equivalence in terms of quality, performance and functional parameters, which must not be lower than those indicated by the Contracting Authority. In such a case, the Economic Operator shall be obliged to present, together with the tender, its detailed description/specifications, which shall clearly indicate to the Contracting Authority that the offered product has not worse quality, functional and performance parameters than those specified by the Contracting Authority.
