CALL FOR PROPOSALS
SA24-1008 SALE OF LAND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A MIXED-USE REAL ESTATE PROJECT (COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL) ON BOULEVARD DES SEIGNEURS












The owner, Ville de Terrebonne, is requesting proposals for land on boulevard des Seigneurs and rue Marcel-De La Sablonnière. Complete request for proposals documents will be available through the Système électronique d'appel d'offres (SEAO), telephone 1 866-669-7326 , starting May 29, j2024. Fees for obtaining documents, as well as all payment terms, are set by and payable to SEAO.
Proposals in sealed envelopes (number SA24-1008 and SA24-1009 and the names of the projects) addressed to the undersigned, will be received at the Ville de Terrebonne, Direction de l'administration et finances, 513 montée Masson (sud), Terrebonne, J6W 2Z2, no later than 11:00 a.m. on July 9, 2024, to be publicly opened immediately after the deadline for receipt. Office hours are 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
The City assumes no responsibility for any written notices or documents transmitted electronically that are incomplete or contain any errors or omissions. Consequently, all bidders must ensure, prior to bidding, that they have obtained all documents and addenda, if any, related to this call for tenders.
The Ville de Terrebonne does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and opened.
