Designation of the building

A building belonging to the COMMISSION SCOLAIRE DE MONTRÉAL (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), known and designated as lot 4 222 321 of the Quebec cadastre, registration division of Montreal and located at 6905, rue Notre-Dame Est, in Montreal in the borough of Mercier - Hochelaga-Maisonneuve. The land area is 1,871.8 square metres.

Deadline for receipt of bids
Bids must be received in a sealed envelope bearing the prescribed label, or its exact reproduction, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, and must be accompanied by a bid and contract of sale security in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000). They will be open to the public at the office of the Société québécoise des infrastructures located at 445 Saint-Gabriel Street, Montreal, Quebec, H2Y 3A2, on the same day.
Submissions are valid for one hundred and eighty (180) days ("Validity Period") from the closing date. The SQI is not required to accept the highest or any of the bids received.
