Description
1. Supply of 5 sailing units with standard (series-produced) hull, together with the installation of sailing aids installed according to the guidelines of the ordering party specified in detail in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of requirements for performance or functionality of ecological sailing yachts;2. Internal installation of sailing units according to the guidelines of the ordering party specified in detail in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of requirements for performance or functionality of ecological sailing yachts; In particular:3. Yachts are to be complete, with life-saving equipment in accordance with the provisions of t.i.e. the Act of October 22, 2020. Item 1863 on the promulgation of the unified text of the Law on Inland Waterway Navigation and the implementing acts to this Law;
Delivery of brand new five ecological inland sailing yachts made according to the guidelines of the ordering party specified in detail in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the requirements for performance or functionality of ecological sailing yachts.The subject of the order includes in particular:1. Construction of a complete hull of a sailing yacht with the following parameters:a. Hull length: 30',b. Draught without centerboard max. 0.45 m, with centerboard 185 m,c. Overall length max. 9.50 m,d. Overall width max. 3.20 m not less than 3.12 m,e. Sail area: min. 41.0 m2,f. Carrying weight: max. 4200 kg,g. Bottom ballast: 1050-1350 kg,h. Mast height above deck: 11.0m -13.5 m,i. Largest cabin height: min. 1.90m,j. Design category: not lower than C-Coastal,k. The hull design must not be older than 5 years and must conform to current trends in the design of sailing pleasure yachts. In particular, straight bow and stern edge to improve stability. Low drag bottom part.l. Hull color: white, waterline: navy blue,m. Total area of basic rigging min. 41 m2, CODE 0 - min. 35 m2.2. construction of the yacht according to the guidelines of the ordering party included in the Detailed Technical Specification for sailing vessels. In particular:a. 3 crew cabins, toilet with shower, hot water, computer-controlled toilet bowl, fecal tank, touchless, economical tap over the sink, with ceramic water mixer,b. Use of auxiliary brushless electric motor, with noise level not more than 55 dB,c. Hydro-turbine function to charge batteries while sailing with a power of 50W -200W depending on the speed of the yacht, maximum 8 knots.d. Use of flexible photovoltaic panels to provide renewable electricity to charge lithium-ion batteries min. 2X175 Ah - 2X8960 Wh of the propulsion system and min. 3X90Ah/12V domestic batteries of AGM or gel type.e. Intelligent, configurable energy flow management, configurable 12/230V inverter to protect the current in the sockets independently of the port power supply, with remote monitoring via the Internet, f. The use of reduced, dimmable LED lighting fixtures including cabin night lighting, to further reduce energy consumption in the yacht by selectively switching on individual lighting fixtures, in limited power mode and blue dimmed at night.g. The use of radar system (with classic waterproof camera and radar), to reduce the risk of collision of yachts on the WJM. Beam range min. 30m forward and ±5m wide, 0-5m vertical.h. Intelligent system to assist the helmsman in the optimal positioning of the yacht's course in relation to the actual wind based on an ultrasonic weather station,i. Use of navigational night lighting, including a bow searchlight,j. Use of an electric, remote-controlled bow anchor winch,k. Implementation of autonomous yacht control - computer autopilot- auto rudder,l. Hot water boiler,m. Outboard water in the cockpit,n. Electric winch, thruster with brushless motor,o. Sailing type slup: Genoa, Grotto, CODE 0,p. Spritcbud and bimini,3.Yachts are to be complete, with equipment in accordance with the provisions of t.i.e. the Law of October 22, 2020. Item 1863 on the promulgation of the unified text of the Law on Inland Waterway Transport and implementing acts to this Law. 4 Implementation is envisaged in the following stages:a) Stage I - Delivery of the first yacht by February 28, 2023;b) Stage II - Delivery of the second yacht by April 29, 2023;c) Stage III - Delivery of the three yachts by March 31, 2024;5. Execution of as-built documentation of the yachts - March 31, 2024;
