Description

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) invites Offers for the provision of ICT Professional Services to determine feasibility and plan the approach to rehost / replatform systems and applications currently owned and operated by the Queensland Police Service (QPS) to a third party managed cloud environment on behalf of TMR.
QPS currently owns, operates and maintains a number of on-premise systems and applications which are used by the Road Safety Camera Office (RSCO) in the management of camera systems and incident data processing before passing suspected infringements to QRO for processing and issuing.
The CDOP is exploring an opportunity to transition the ownership of these systems and applications used by RSCO (RSCO Systems) to TMR, and rehost them with a third-party cloud provider to provide ongoing hosting and support.
This RFQ seeks Quotes from suitably qualified Suppliers for the provision of ICT Professional Services to complete Stage 1 - Feasibility and Stage 2 - Design only.  The expected outcome is for a defined approach and high-level plan for transitioning the RSCO Systems to TMR, with sufficient detail to enable TMR to seek subsequent Offers from the supply market for Stage 3 - Plan and Implementation and Stage 4 - Ongoing operation (both stages subject to future procurement).
The terms and conditions of Contract are a QITC General Contract (a draft is included with the RFQ package for Suppliers to download and respond).
For detailed information on the specific services sought under this tender, please review the "Specification Documents" in "Section 3 - Here is the detail".
