Description
RSAG AöR intends to outsource the provision and cleaning of workwear and protective clothing in the rental service (including repair and locker service) as of April 1, 2025, affecting the RSAG sites in Troisdorf, Sankt Augustin, Swisttal-Miel, Swisttal-Morenhoven, Eitorf, Hennef and Bonn (paper sorting plant). The previously used clothing is to be taken over by the contractor. The tendered service essentially consists of the following individual services:- Provision of personalized workwear and protective clothing for approx. 410 industrial employees in different work areas in the rental serviceAs a rule, each employee receives:- Waistcoats- Softshell jackets- Dungarees- Waistband trousers- Summer trousers- T-shirts- The workwear and protective clothing to be provided is to be offered in men's and partly in women's fit. High-visibility clothing must be replaced when the number of guaranteed washing cycles specified by the manufacturer is reached, provided that the safety requirements are no longer met.- The reflective properties of the reflective strips as well as the function of the fluorescent background material in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO 20471 must be complied with at all times. The industrial employees who work at the pollutant reception area are provided with clothing that also meets the requirements of EN 13034 Type 6 (chemical protection) and EN 1149-3, EN 1149-5 (electrostatic properties).- If the usual clothing sizes do not fit individual industrial employees, special sizes of clothing must be provided for them (in men's and women's sizes).- The clothing provided must be suitable for industrial washing in accordance with ISO 15797. Weekly cleaning of the clothing, checking and, if necessary, repairing or replacing the work and protective clothing provided (incl. collection and delivery service and provision of lockers)- Regular employee-related stocking of the linen cupboards (lockers) provided by the contractor- The color combination is specified by the client. The service description shall specify the type and quantity of clothing as well as the other quality and equipment requirements, and the contractor shall also provide the following ancillary services:- Preparation of quantity, consumption and washing statistics- Instruction and support of the facility by specialist staff- Optional: cleaning of company-owned items of clothing
