Description
In accordance with applicable provisions of Texas Government Code Chapters 2155 and 2156 the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) extends this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to qualified entities to submit a Response detailing the Respondent's qualifications to provide to RRC Well Plugging, Carbon Offset and Related Services, Proof of Capture, Certification, and Sale of Carbon Credits as further described herein and in accordance with all terms, conditions, and specifications contained within the
