Lot 300-02: Roof and roofing of school/relay house: +/- 3,100 m2, sports hall: +/- 740 m2, music school: +/- 650 m2 Kannermusee: +/- 830 m2, production kitchen: +/- 500 m2, prefabricated wooden slabs with acoustic finishing: 730 m2, glued laminated timber (lattice beams and posts): 50 m3, solid wall of wooden strips: 360 m2, solid slab of wooden strips (for the Kannermusee): 240 m2. Start of construction: July 2021. Duration of the work: 285 working days (in phases).
Lot 300-02: Roofing and roofingThe roofing of the buildings consists of flat concrete roofs (school, relay house, music school and production kitchen), wooden slabs with a slight slope (3rd sports hall) and steel troughs (not for the market) with a slight slope (4.8º Kannermusee). All roofs will be waterproofed with a PVC/EPDM membrane over PIR or mineral wool insulation. Most of the building roofs will be covered with extensive vegetation. The timber frame work includes the roof structure of the sports hall as well as the mezzanine structure of the children's museum. The structure of the sports hall consists of large wooden lattice girders positioned at a distance of 5.35 m from each other, resting on one side of the CFL tracks on a reinforced concrete wall (outside this lot) and on the other side on glued laminated timber columns. The roof is made of prefabricated box-type wooden elements, which are provided with an acoustic perforated finish in the lower part.
