NOTICE OF PUBLIC CALL FOR TENDERS BY VANIER COLLEGE
Title: AOP-0330- Roofing work 2024-Bassins A3, A5, N3 and N7
Vanier College is seeking bids for roofing work 2024-Bassins A3, A5, N3 and N7 for the College located at 821 Ste-Croix, Montreal.

TENDER DEADLINES
Bids must be submitted electronically (preferred method) or dropped off at Vanier College, Suite H-205.
Deadline for Submission : Monday, July 8, 2024 before 11:00AM
The public opening will take place fifteen minutes after receipt of bids.
An addendum will be issued shortly to disclose the link to attend the public opening.
Tender security: The tenderer must submit with its tender a tender security equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total price proposed in its tender. Details are in article 4.00 of the Régie document.
SITE VISIT
A site visit will take place on Thursday June 13 at 10:00am.

The meeting point is at the main entrance of building F at 821 Ave Ste-Croix, H4L 3X9, St-Laurent.
SUPPLIER QUESTIONS
Any questions or requests for clarification on any aspect of the Call for Tenders or the tender documents must be forwarded in writing to the file manager before the deadline for receipt of tenders.
During the bidding period, please note that clause 1.04.01 of the Régie gives Vanier College the option of not responding to a bidder's question if it is sent less than three (3) days before bids are due. To this effect, we invite bidders to submit all their questions before the above-mentioned period.

Tender documents are available exclusively on the SEAO.
Please note that the Collège will also receive a report of bids submitted by subcontractors to the BDSQ.
Only bids submitted by suppliers with an establishment in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement will be considered for eligibility.
Vanier College does not undertake to accept any bids received and will not be held responsible for any costs incurred. It also reserves the right to reissue the call for tenders if it deems it appropriate to do so.
