Bids must be accompanied by a bid security made payable to Casiloc Inc. a subsidiary of Loto-Québec.
A site visit to Manoir Richelieu will be held on September 19, 2019 at 9:00 am. The meeting point will be the main entrance to Manoir Richelieu, 181 Richelieu Street, La Malbaie, Quebec,
G5A 1X8
Casiloc Inc. reserves the right not to accept any of the bids received, even the lowest.
In the event of any discrepancy between this announcement and Casiloc Inc.'s tender document, the latter shall have priority.
