SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account school requirements, and of leasing the more than 400 schools to the Ministry of Schools and Vocational Training (BSB).

The roof at the Bekkamp 52 school site is being renovated as part of the third construction phase.
