Description

Roof waterproofing work for the 1st BA, Eastern construction area of the project "New construction of 7 residential buildings with 360 apartments, 3 underground car parks, KITA and social facilities, August-Dosenbach-Strasse 9-21b in 76189 Karlsruhe-Daxlanden".The overall construction project provides for the construction of 7 apartment buildings with a total of 360 apartments (60 flats will be freehold flats, 300 flats will be rented), 3 underground car parks, a day-care centre and social facilities on the August-Klingler-Areal in Karlsruhe Daxlanden as well as the renovation of a listed clubhouse in 2 construction phases (eastern and western construction field). The construction phases will be put out to tender separately. 3 residential buildings with basements will be built in the 1st BA, eastern construction area. August-Dosenbach-Straße 17, 17a, 17b, 17c; 19, 19a, 19b, 19c, 19d; 21, 21a, 21b; with a total of 186 apartments and approx. 2 834 m2 gross floor area. The 5-7-storey buildings will be constructed in an energy-efficient manner using the standard KFW-efficiency house. The apartments are planned in accordance with the requirements of the State Housing Promotion Act and are partially barrier-free. The buildings will have a plaster façade and flat roofs with extensive greenery, as well as a modern interior design. The buildings will be connected to the district heating network. The outdoor facilities will be landscaped with private open spaces, lawns, bushes and trees and footpaths.the contract specifically includes roof sealing work for the eastern construction site.
