Description

The overall construction project is divided into four sections. A general superordinate area (Section 1, Contracting Authority City of Heidelberg, Amt 23), an area for road construction (Section 2, Contracting Authority City of Heidelberg, Amt 23), an area for sewer work (Section 3, Contracting Authority City of Heidelberg, Wastewater Division) and an area for pipeline construction (Section 4, Contracting Authority Stadtwerke Heidelberg Netze GmbH (SWH-N)). The contract will be awarded to the most economical bid in all sections.Section 1 (Inter-trade measures, City of Heidelberg):Construction site equipment, traffic safetySection 2 (Road construction junction, City of Heidelberg):The construction measure of the 2nd phase of the project (construction of the first phase of the project, construction of the second phase of the project). Section (road construction) essentially includes the following work:- road renewal,- road drainage,- civil engineering signal technology,- marking and signage,- construction of retaining wall,- road renewal,- asphalt surfaces milling 4 000 sqm,- paving 500 sqm,- asphalt surfaces 4 700 sqm,- kerbs 2 000 m,- road drainage,- drainage channel 330 m,- connection pipe 180 m,- gutter for drainage 500 m,- civil engineering signal technology,- cable shafts 28 pieces,- signal masts incl. Foundations 15 pieces, - Empty piping 3 000 m, - Marking and signage, - Traffic signs deliver and install 40 pieces, - Produce marking 700 m.
