Description

All the following details refer to all components and locations within the construction field and are described in the respective positions of the specifications and assigned to the components and locations.

This is an overview of the main services and is not complete.

Safeguards:

- construction fence with gates and access control including maintenance and repair work
- construction fence: approx. 530 m
- door systems: 2 main units, 2 units of auxiliary equipment

Traffic measures:

- set and operate transportable traffic signal: 2 pcs.
- set traffic signs for construction and service roads and gem. Operate StVO
- clearing work as a preparatory measure: approx. 300 m 2

Container:

- creating a container system in modular design for the AG with equipment and usage requirements described in the positions

- single container: approx. 4 pcs.
- double container: approx. 7 pcs.
- meeting container 2-fold and 4-fold: 1 each
- sanitary container with shower: 2 St.
- corridor container: about 5 pcs

Sanitary containers, sanitary containers and mobile toilets:
- sanitary container with shower
- toilet Container Gentlemen: approx. 2 St.
- combi toilet container ladies and gentlemen: approx. 1 pc.
- mobile toilets about 5 hours

Security and storage container:
- security guard container: 2 pcs.
- placekeeper container for refuse collection points: approx. 3 pcs.

Müllsammelplätze and container position:

It will be created at the construction phase 3 refuse collection points on the site by the site logistics and operations.

Building material: gravel base course and prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs.

Dimension per refuse collection point: length by width 20 by 10 m

Fencing: about 165 m

Gates: 3 pcs.

Waste container for approx. 9 waste fractions per refuse collection point

Baustraße:

Earthworks / Excavation for site road and installation areas: approx. 17, 900 m 3

Stabilisation layer: approx. 6,300 m 3

Construction road including frost protection layers: approx. 13,700 m 2

Dismantling asphalt base layer 20 cm: approx. 5,000 t

Storage areas gravel: approx. 16,000 m 2

Street cleaning weekly

Security guards:

The employee key to be used depends on the construction progress and is accordingly broken down into the positions.

The duration of use is: approx. 1 460 days

site power supply:

Building distribution manifold divers .: approx. 150 pcs.

Total length of the various cable lines: 11,800 m

The site will be partially equipped with video surveillance. These components are described in the positions.

Bauwasserversorgung:

- excavation for laying: approx. 2 900 m 3
- lay drinking water pipes: approx. 1 800 m

Bauabwasser:

- earth excavation for construction wastewater: approx. 230 m 3
- laying waste water pipe: approx. 100 m

Verification:

- required evidence next to form 124 or PQ evidence
- construction water: DVGW GW 301 W3 or higher
