Description

The subject matter of the contract is the extension of Voivodeship Road No. 450 in Kalisz - stage II (section from Winnie the Pooh Street to Antyczna Street, and the reconstruction of the railroad viaduct), based on the documents specified in item 4.7 SWZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and other conditions of the contract execution are included in the SWZ (Terms of Reference) and annexes thereto.
1 The subject matter of the contract is: "Extension of provincial road No. 450 in Kalisz - stage II (section from Kubusia Puchatka Street to Antyczna Street together with reconstruction of a railroad viaduct)".2. The scope of the contract covers in particular1/ preparation and demolition works,2/ execution of a new road surface structure,3/ reconstruction and extension of intersections, 4/ reconstruction of the railroad viaduct along with the reconstruction of the SRK network taking into account the maintenance of train traffic during the execution of works (shuttle traffic on the adjacent track),5/ construction of retaining walls,6/ reconstruction and construction of sidewalks,7/ construction of bicycle and pedestrian/bicycle paths,8/ reconstruction of exits,9/ reconstruction and construction of bus bays,10/ reconstruction of parking spaces,11/ reconstruction and construction of storm water drainage system Construction of street lighting,18/ Reconstruction and construction of traffic lights,19/ Target traffic organisation (vertical and horizontal road markings),20/ Maintenance of greenery,21/ Development and implementation of the temporary traffic organisation project, taking into account access to "Giełda Kaliska" at all stages of the construction works, assuming thata/ closure of ul. Częstochowska on the section from ul. Braci Giller to the railroad viaduct and ul. Rzymska on the section from the railroad viaduct to ul. Antyczna (providing access to companies and private properties) during bridge works, b/ maintenance of two-way vehicle traffic in ul. Częstochowska from the traffic circle on Tract of Wieluński to ul. Braci Gillerów by introducing shuttle traffic or a detour during the works in this section, c/ maintain two-way vehicle traffic in ul. c/ maintaining two-way vehicle traffic on Częstochowska Street, section from Kubusia Puchatka to the traffic circle on Tract of Wieluński, 22/ geodetic services including the preparation of current geodetic surveys in order to determine the quantity and scope of works covered by partial acceptances, along with an as-built geodetic inventory taking into account the liquidated devices and changes in land use (6 paper versions and 2 paper versions Due to the limited number of characters, the provisions concerning the arrangements with PKP PLK S.A regarding the flyover reconstruction have been described in detail in the SWZ (Terms of Reference).4The detailed description of the order is included in the SWZ (Terms of Reference) and appendices to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).5: Strategic Investment Program in accordance with the content of the preliminary promise number 01/2021/1617/PolskiLad of 17 November 2021 and in accordance with the content of Resolution number 84/2021 of the Council of Ministers of 1 July 2021 on the establishment of the Governmental Fund Polski Ład: Strategic Investment Program.6. The Contracting Authority pursuant to art. 121 item. 1) of the PPL Act stipulates the obligation for the Contractor or one of the Economic Operators applying jointly for the award to personally perform the key tasks (part of the contract) i.e.: bituminous roadway works.7. 7. The Contracting Authority does not foresee the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) and (8) of the PPL Act.8. Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2019 as amended, referred to in this announcement as. "the Act", "PPL Act" or "PPL"), and the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the Act will apply to the proceedings.
