Description

The subject matter of the contract, conducted by means of an open tender, is the extension of the district road 1500E on the section from the roundabout in Łękińsk to the roundabout in Kalisz and the municipal road 101419E in Czyżów, with a total length of roads of about 7,312.26 mb, together with the technical infrastructure consisting of 2 (two) tasks: the scope of the contract includes in particular:A. task: "Extension of the district road 1500E on the section from the roundabout in Łękińsk to the roundabout in Czyżów and the commune road 101419E in Czyżów together with the telecommunication infrastructure and drainage with the total length of roads of about 3 175.75 mb", which should be implemented on the basis of:- the decision of the Starost of Bełchatów No. 1011.2016 on the permission to implement the road investment AB.6740.8.11.2016.8.BM.PTk of 10.10.2016 for the task entitled: I. "Task No. 2: extension of the district road 1500E Sulmierzyce-Kalisko on the section from Modrzewiowa Street in Łękińsk to Czyżów with a length of about 2 647.75 m; II. "Task no. 2: extension of the communal road no. 101419E from the district road in the area of the former reservoir in Czyżów, with a length of about 528.00 m"; B. task: "Extension of the district road 1500E Sulmierzyce-Kalisko on the section from the 4th stage of the Kleszczów bypass in Czyżów to the crossroads in Kalisz from a length of about 528.00 m". 4 136.51 m", to be implemented on the basis of:- the decision of the Starost of Bełchatów No. 1038.2016 on the permission to implement road investment AB.6740.8.12.2016.8.BM.PTk of 18.10.2016 for the task entitled: "Task No. 3: Extension of the district road 1500E Sulmierzyce-Kalisko on the section from the 4th stage of the Kleszczów bypass in Czyżów to the junction in Kalisz from the length of the section of about 4 136.51 m".- Notification of the intention to carry out construction works not requiring a building permit No. AB.6743.9.2018.8.BM of 22.3.2018 concerning "Construction of an electrical connection to supply street lighting along the Kalisko-Sulmierzyce district road from Czyżów to Piaski".- Notification of the intention to carry out construction works not requiring a building permit No. AB.6743.1.127.2018.8.MJ of 17.8.2018 concerning the 'Construction of a fibre-optic cable duct along the Kalisko-Sulmierzyce district road from the trafo station. STC-1 in Czyżów to the ZK-1 tank at the roundabout in Czyżów gm. Kleszczów".A. The subject of the task is the extension of the district road 1500E Sulmierzyce-Kalisko on the section from the 4th stage of the ring road Kleszczowa in Czyżów to the crossroads in Kalisz with a length of about 4 136.51 m. The scope of the contract for the task includes the following industries: I. road industry; II. drainage; III. telecommunications industry:1. modernization of the municipal telecommunications infrastructure;2. reconstruction and collision protection of the PGE GiEK S.A. telecommunications line;IV. electrical industry:IV.1IV.2. construction of electrical connection for road lighting from Czyżów to Piaski; IV.3. construction of a fiber optic cable line; IV.4. reconstruction of 6 kV cable lines; IV.5. reconstruction of 15 kV overhead line; IV.5. greenery - trees planted by the Kleszczów bypass. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the design documentation prepared by the team of designers and special requirements attached in the ToR and the contract by the Purchaser.
