1. the subject of the contract is a public transport service provided by local public transport - urban transport organised by the City of Ząbki in the amount of 1 880 230 km in the period from 1 September 2019 to 31 August 2022 on the transport lines "Ząbki-1", "Ząbki-2". "Ząbki-3" and "Ząbki-4"1) Ząbki-1" and "Ząbki-3" on the route within the borders of the City of Ząbki and the City of Marek (Brand Shopping Centre - Ząbki - Shopping Centre - Brand Shopping Centre) 7 days a week, using buses with a capacity of at least 60 persons and a length of 8.15 m. up to 10.5 m [MIDI];2) "Ząbki-2" running on working days on the route of the Marki Shopping Centre - area of the city of Ząbki - area of the Warszawa Rembertów railway station, using: 2) 3 buses with a capacity of min. 60 persons and a length from 8.15 m. to 10.5 m [MIDI],3) 2 buses with a capacity of min. 80 people and a length of 10.0 m. up to 12.5 m [MAXI];3) "Ząbki-4" on the route within the borders of the City of Ząbki (Powstańców Las - PKP Ząbki - Powstańców Las) 7 days a week, using buses with a capacity of at least 60 persons and a length of 8.15 m. to 10.5 m. [MIDI]. Number of kilometres by type of transport in each year of the contract: MIDI: in 2019. - 198 666 km, in 2020. - 575,359 km, in 2021. - 573,298 km in 2022. 371,221 kilometers. MAXI: in 2019. - 18 003 km, in 2020. - 54,249 km, in 2021. - 54,032 km in 2022. 34,403 km.
