Description

dsp for the Management and operation of regular non-urban road passenger transport services on the Réunion Region's yellow bus network. Options: - option no1 "Accompaniment" - option no2 "Cleaning of regional bus stations" - option no3 "Security of bus stations and pem" - option no4 "Maintenance of stopping points" - option no5 "Management and operation of an evening transport-on-demand service". - Option no. 6 "Management and operation of a bicycle shelter service in stations".
The contract will specify the missions and obligations of the parties. The delegatee will have full autonomy to organize operations, manage human resources and implement the means necessary to satisfy the services requested. The delegatee will assume the following tasks : - day-to-day management of the service (14 regular routes in the Car Jaune network, divided into three catchment areas, plus 2 special routes), - meeting commitments on the defined service offering, - keeping cost accounting and usage statistics, - customer information on the service, using any means of communication it deems appropriate, - commercial management of the service, - upkeep and maintenance of the vehicles provided by the local authority. Current concession figures: 8 million annual commercial kilometers (2023), fleet of 100 vehicles (2023), staff of 380 (2022), annual ridership of 5.6 million trips (2022), revenue of 5.9 million (2022).
