Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services (regular transport by local public transport, i.e. public transport) on line 85 in Rumia, on weekdays from Monday to Friday, outside the school summer holiday period, and on line 288 in Rumia, Wejherowo and Gdynia, on weekdays from Monday to Friday and on 1 November, 2 low-floor city buses, according to the timetables in Annex 1a to the ToS. The order includes the following brigades: - 85/3, 288/1, 288/2, 288/3, 288/4 - on weekdays from Monday to Friday, outside the school summer holidays, 2 buses, - 288/1, 288/2, 288/3, 288/4 - on weekdays from Monday to Friday, during the school summer holidays, 2 buses, - 288/1 - on 1 November, 1 bus.2: 484,979 (four hundred and eighty-four thousand nine hundred and seventy-nine). 3: 27.12.2019 - 22.12.2023, however, 27.12.2019 is the expected date of commencement of the service provision by the Contractor; this date may be delayed as a result of the Ordering Party's actions related to the said proceedings.4The provision of services in the scope of service of lines 85 and 288 is to be realized by two low-floor city buses, type: - SN - with a length of 11.01 m to 13.50 m, or - PN - with a length of 17.50 m. Fulfilling (absolutely required by the Railway Undertaking):- conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31.12.2002 on technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022) and - technical and utility parameters specified in Annex 1 to the ToR.5The Contracting Authority allows in the so-called transition period, i.e.:- during the first 12 months from the signing of the agreement - if buses with the production year 2019 or later were offered to operate the line, - during the first 3 months from the signing of the agreement - if buses with the production year 2019 or later were not offered to operate the line, Providing services by low-floor city buses type: - SN - with a length from 11.01 m to 13.50 m, or - PN - with a length from 17.50 m, meeting (absolutely required by the ZKM):- the conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31.12.2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text in Dz.U. of 2016), item 2022) and - technical and operational parameters specified in Annex 1 to the ToR.
