Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of regular employee transport services by buses to the Contractor on all days of the week in accordance with the bus timetable. The provision of regular employee transport services shall be understood as the provision of the bus(s) in a specific place and the performance of transport according to the bus timetable along the following routes: 1. the route of transport: Poznań ul. Matyi 2 "Dworzec Autobusowy Poznań" (Poznań Bus Station) (initial stop) - Głogowska Street - Poznańska Street (Komorniki) - Daimlera Gottlieba Street - Fabianowska Street - Wiśniowa Street - Wawrzyniaka Piotra Street - Ks. Malinowskiego Street - Polna Street - Poczta Polska S.A. Region of Distribution in Poznań ul. Polna 120, 60-900 Komorniki (final stop).2. route of the cancellation: Poczta Polska S.A. Distribution Region in Poznań 120 Polna Street, 60-900 Komorniki (starting point) - Polna Street - Księdza Malinowskiego Street - Wawrzyniaka Piotra Street - Wiśniowa Street - Fabianowska Street - Daimlera Gottlieba Street - Poznańska Street - Głogowska Street (Poznań) - Poznań 2 Matyi Street "Dworzec Autobusowy Poznań". The awarding authority agrees that the estimated number of kilometres over the term of the contract will be 38 802 km. The planned one-way distance is set at 14.5 km. The determined distance for one course may be changed due to the renovation of the road along the route on the basis of joint arrangements with the Contractor. This change does not require an annex to the contract and does not affect the rate for 1 kilometer of the bus and the maximum remuneration of the Contractor. In justified cases, the routes of the courses may be changed. In such a case, the Contractor shall immediately inform the Purchaser of the change, specifying the expected duration of the change and the most optimal route variant.Buses must meet the following requirements: 1) be fully operational, have all necessary technical tests and their technical condition is to ensure safety, 2) have current civil liability insurance, 3) have a minimum of 48 seats, not including the driver, in each course,4) be clean and aesthetic both externally and internally,5) have efficient and effective heating in winter, 6) have efficient and effective ventilation in summer.
