Description
It wants consultancy that can but is not limited to:
- mapping the roles and responsibilities (legal and administrative) of road safety stakeholders
- reviewing current data collection, storage and analysis systems and make recommendations for its improvement
The collection should include:
- new vehicle safety data
- accident data
- road user complaints
- infrastructure matters like potholes, missing signage
- safety like speeding concerns and, mirrors
- reviewing existing vehicle standards and propose updates; including public service vehicles and motorcycles
