Description

The subject matter of the contract are construction works consisting in repairing the surface of provincial road no. 844 on the section Raciborowice - Odletajka from km 32+662 to km 35+675
1) Surveying works from km 32+662 to km 35+6752) Mechanical uncovering of the roadway edge on the width of 1 m on both sides (except for exits, bays and road inlets) 3) Leveling the surface with mineral-asphalt mixture AC16W 35/50 KR 3-4 of approx. 3 cm with corrective milling (average milling thickness up to 2.5 cm), cleaning and sprinkling the pavement with cationic fast dispersing asphalt emulsion before road levelling4) Construction of a binder course of asphalt mixture AC16W 35/50 KR 3-4 of min. 4 cm with sprinkling of quick dispersion cationic asphalt emulsion before binder course placement 4 cm of asphalt mixture AC11S 50/70 KR 3-4 with sprinkling of quick dispersion cationic asphalt emulsion before paving of binder course6) Paving of wearing layer min. 4 cm of asphalt mixture AC11S 50/70 KR 3-4 together with milling, cleaning and sprinkling the surface with cationic fast dispersion asphalt emulsion before laying the wearing course - connection of new pavement with existing pavement 4 cm of asphalt mixture AC11S 50/70 KR 3-4 together with milling, cleaning and sprinkling the surface with cationic fast dispersion asphalt emulsion before paving the wearing course - inlets of subordinate roads, 8) Adjustment of concrete curbs with making concrete footings from C16/20 (B-20) concrete on a cement-sand bed 9) Re-paving of concrete paving cubes, 8 cm thick, with completion of the sub-base on a cement-sand bed and filling the joints with sand 10) Earthworks. Execution of embankments mechanically from non-friable material along with collection and transport of excavated material. (obtaining a shoulder width of 1.5 m and a road embankment slope inclination of 1:1.5) 11) Hardening of the surface of exits and dirt roads with milling crumbled road rubble and compaction12) Filling the shoulders with min. 10 cm on a width of 1 m along with profiling and compacting the ground.13) Filling in shoulders with non-fill material along with obtaining and transporting the material from the excavation and planting, min. 14) Reconstruction (height adjustment - dismantling and reinstallation) of the existing steel U-14a guardrails15) Dismantling of the existing steel U-14a guardrails. Loading, transport, and unloading of materials on the premises of the Road District in Hrubieszów16) Reconstruction (height adjustment - disassembly and reassembly) of the existing vertical road markings - medium-sized signs type A, B, D, E, F, and U pcs. 39- posts for signs pcs. 4317) Installation of steel safety barriers U-14a N1W3 on the culvert at km 35+189 left and right side and at km 34+476 left and right side18) Thin layer roadway horizontal marking: - center lines,- edge lines,- lines at intersections and pedestrian crossings.Persons authorized to contact the contractors: Andrzej Kowalski - regarding the subject matter of the contract, Robert Pasieka - regarding procedural issues
